Hydraulic press brake LVD WC 67Y 63/2500 with E22 controller

It is used for bending metal workpieces with a force of up to 63 tons. Powerful hydraulic cylinders are synchronized through a rigid connection using a torsion shaft. Reliable Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic system and high-quality electrical components from Siemens and Schneider Electric ensure high speed and accuracy of bending. The press design, which has undergone heat treatment, is characterized by reliability and wear resistance.

Laser welding INDUSTRIALCHILLER Model: RMFL-1500ANT03

It is possible to perform automatic, semi-automatic, butt and hermetic welding along any trajectory.

The equipment is equipped with a laser radiation source from well-known brands such as Raycus, JPT, Max (Maxphotonics), Reci, BWT, as well as a control controller, optical fiber, laser welding head and cooling cooler. The fiber length is from 8 to 20 meters depending on the customer's requirements, and the laser wavelength is 1064-1080 nm.
