The convention principle

The convection principle ensures the efficiency of the bulerian. Natural convection of air is ensured by the pipes from which the bulerian body is welded and which are almost completely inside the structure. Cold air enters the furnace through the lower openings, where it warms up and leaves through the upper openings. Warm air rises up, cools down and goes down again. This repetition provides the convection process, which warms up the room quite quickly.

Two-chamber firebox

The two-chamber firebox allows the buller to operate in two modes - smoldering and pyrolysis. The primary chamber burns fuel and produces pyrolysis gases, which are transferred to the secondary chamber, where they are burned.

Thickness of the firebox

In Ekozhar bullerians, special emphasis is placed on the thickness of the firebox metal, which is 8 mm. The metal we use guarantees a service life of at least 10 years.

The firebox door latch

The firebox door handle acts as a lock in the closed position. In this position, the door is tightly pressed, and due to the sealing cord along the contour of the door itself, flue gases cannot enter the room.

Heat-resistant glass

The door is fitted with heat-resistant glass, which allows you to observe the combustion process on cold winter evenings.

Construction of the Ekozhar type 02

The Ekozhar stove with a hob is ideal for heating rooms with a volume of up to 400 cubic meters and an area of up to 160 m² with a ceiling height of up to 3 m. It is an excellent choice for country houses, cottages, offices, enterprises, warehouses, and large service stations. The main fuel for this stove is firewood and fuel briquettes, but wood waste and paper can also be used.

The structure of the buleryan is made of 4 mm thick heat-resistant steel and consists of a furnace body and 9 air ducts with a diameter of 76 mm. The furnace is divided into two compartments: the lower compartment is used for combustion, and the upper compartment is used for afterburning. Thanks to the overlap between these compartments, the flue gases undergo an additional rotation and, after maximum heat removal, go out into the chimney.

The combustion process in the buller is regulated by two dampers: one regulates the air supply to the firebox, the other controls the flue gases. This allows you to quickly warm up the room with the maximum opening of the dampers in 15-20 minutes, or switch to a long burning mode with the dampers closed, which allows you to heat the room for up to 6 hours. The bullpen door is equipped with a heat-resistant cord that prevents smoke from escaping into the room.
