The principle of operation of the furnace
The principle of operation of the stoves of the "Ekozhar Pro" series is based on forced convection of heated air. The fan takes cold air from the room and drives it through the coolant circulation chamber between the furnace and the outer jacket. Thus, heat is removed from the heated furnace and transferred to the room through the outlet heat pipes. If it is necessary to transfer the heated air to the adjacent room, a metal corrugated pipe is used
Blower and damper
A control valve - a gate valve - is installed in the inlet pipe of the furnace. It allows you to accurately dose the amount of air entering the combustion chamber, thereby optimizing the efficiency and increasing the fuel burning time on one full load. This valve allows you to precisely adjust the cross-section of the inlet pipe, which allows you to use the stove in two modes of operation: burning mode and smoldering mode.
The thickness of the furnace
In the stoves of the "Ekozhar Pro" series, a special emphasis is placed on the thickness of the furnace metal, which is 9 mm. The metal we use guarantees a service life of at least 10 years.
Outer casing
The casing is made of sheet metal with a thickness of 1.5 mm. This thickness was not chosen by chance. First, it is the optimal thickness, which allows the structure to have rigidity. Secondly, in this area, the metal is less susceptible to temperature effects than the metal of the furnace. Thirdly, if the casing wall is too thick, it will prevent good heat transfer into the room, which will reduce the efficiency of the furnace as a whole.
Afterburning chamber of secondary gases
In the furnaces of the "Ekozhar Pro" series, the principle of afterburning secondary gases is implemented. The afterburning chamber of secondary gases is arranged in such a way that it mixes oxygen from the air with flue gases, and under the influence of an open flame, they ignite, releasing additional heat. This increases the efficiency of the furnace and its economy (more heat with less fuel).
Firebox door latch
The handle of the furnace door performs the function of a lock in the closed position. In this position, the door is tightly pressed, and due to the sealing cord along the contour of the door itself, flue gases cannot penetrate into the room.
Coolant circulation chamber
The space between the walls of the furnace and the outer casing is the circulation chamber of the coolant. Due to the forced supply of air through the circulation chamber, the heat from the walls of the furnace is removed evenly over the entire area. The circulation chamber is physically separated from the combustion chamber and prevents flue gases from entering the room.
Built-in fan
The location of the fan is chosen in such a way as to instantly take the coldest air in the room and, driving it through the coolant circulation chamber, transport it to the place where it is convenient for you, using corrugated or rigid ventilation channels.

The Ekozhar

Pro 1000+ heating furnace with a built-in fan is designed for heating large rooms with an area of ​​up to 400 m² and a volume of up to 1000 m³.

The power of this furnace model is 40 kW, which allows you to quickly heat up large spaces, including production shops, warehouses, or even large houses.

Construction of the Ekozhar Pro 1000+ stove

The hearth of the furnace is made of a thick-walled pipe, 9 mm thick. The casing is made of metal, 1.5 mm thick. This is enough for the efficient operation of the stove for more than one season and does not prevent good heat transfer into the room.


One of the key features of the furnace is the afterburning system of secondary gases, which significantly increases the efficiency of fuel use. The afterburning chamber of secondary gases is arranged in such a way that it mixes oxygen from the air with flue gases, and under the influence of an open flame, they ignite, releasing additional heat. This increases the efficiency of the furnace up to 91% and increases the economy of the furnace.


The stove works in two modes: burning and smoldering. The burning mode is used to ignite the furnace and quickly heat up the room, and the smoldering mode maintains the set temperature after heating, significantly saving fuel. Switching between modes and adjusting the burning intensityis carried out with the help of two gate valves on the door and chimney nozzles.


Inside the furnace there is a plate that helps to cool the gases before exiting the chimney, which increases the service life of the pipe and the stove in general. The oven door is equipped with a heat-resistant cord that prevents smoke from escaping into the room.


Integrated fan

This stove model is equipped with a fan that ensures fast and uniform heat distribution and allows you to reach a comfortable temperature in the room in a short time.

The 59 W thrust axial type fan has a productivity of 619 m³/h, which allows you to evenly heat a room with a volume of up to 500 m³ per hour.

The use of a fan allows you to increase the efficiency of the furnace up to 91% and evenly distribute the heated air over the entire area of ​​the room.

Active thermal circuit

In our heating stoves, an active thermal circuit is used for efficient heat distribution and maintaining the optimal temperature in the room, as well as for increasing the energy efficiency of the stove. Such a circuit is a combination of corrugated pipes, as well as connecting a fan for blowing around the firebox or along the contour of the furnace walls. Thanks to the active thermal circuit, the stove can maintain stable heating even after the end of burning, cooling down more slowly and releasing the accumulated heat.
