Waste Oil Burner

Waste Oil Burner for Furnaces (Drip-Type) — a highly efficient, autonomous and economical heating device designed to utilize technical oils and convert them into thermal energy. The burner is a removable module that can be installed in solid-fuel boilers, potbelly stoves or furnaces for heating garages, workshops and service stations.

Operating Principle:
The device operates on the principle of pyrolytic combustion of fuel vapors. Waste oil from the upper metering tank is fed through a vertical tube and a regulation system (damper) onto the bottom of the heated combustion bowl in a thin, steady stream or as individual drops. Due to the high temperature, the liquid fuel instantly vaporizes, mixes with air entering through the inclined perforated panel, and burns to produce a powerful horizontal flame jet with clean combustion and no soot or smoke.

Housing with Mounting Flange (303 × 303 mm): Made of durable 3 mm thick steel, it provides secure, sealed attachment to the furnace and ensures proper distribution of airflow.

Metering Tank (Ø159 mm): An intermediate reservoir designed to control the fuel level and allow heavy impurities to settle.

Damper (Precision Fuel Flow Regulator): A component that allows manual adjustment of the optimal fine oil flow for complete and timely combustion.

Pull-Out Combustion Bowl (Combustion Tray): A heat-resistant chamber where the oil is converted into vapor; the design allows for easy removal and cleaning of dry carbon deposits.

The universal design and standardized mounting flange dimensions allow this burner to be used with a wide range of heating equipment. It can be installed in:

- Furnaces of our own production — the burner integrates perfectly with compatible models of the “EkoJar” series, ensuring maximum efficiency and a sealed connection without additional modifications.

- Furnaces and boilers from other manufacturers — the device can be easily adapted and installed in other potbelly stoves or solid-fuel boilers, provided that the mounting opening and internal combustion chamber comply with the specified burner dimensions.
