The principle of convection

The principle of convection ensures the efficiency of the stove. Natural air convection is ensured by the pipes from which the stove body is welded and which are almost entirely inside the structure.
The cold air flows through the lower openings into the firebox, where it warms up and comes out through the upper openings. The warm air rises up, cools down, and then descends again. These repetitions ensure the process of convection, thanks to which the room warms up quickly enough.

Two-chamber firebox

The two-chamber firebox allows the buller to operate in two modes - smoldering and pyrolysis. The primary chamber burns fuel and produces pyrolysis gases, which are transferred to the secondary chamber, where they are burned.

The thickness of the firebox

In Ekozhar bullerinas, special emphasis is placed on the thickness of the firebox metal, which is 8 mm. The metal we use guarantees a service life of at least 10 years.

The firebox door latch

The firebox door handle acts as a lock in the closed position. In this position, the door is tightly pressed, and due to the sealing cord along the contour of the door itself, flue gases cannot enter the room.

Cooking surface

The Buleryan has a hob, which is a functional part of the stove that is used for cooking. It provides the ability to cook on an open fire or with a heated surface, which is very convenient in everyday life.

Construction of the Ekozhar type 01 with hob and glass

The Ekozhar stove with a hob is ideal for heating rooms with a volume of up to 200 cubic meters and an area of up to 80 m² with a ceiling height of up to 3 m. It is an excellent choice for small country houses, cottages, garages, greenhouses, workshops, gatehouses and construction trailers. The main fuel for this stove is firewood and fuel briquettes, but wood waste and paper can also be used.

The structure of the buleryan is made of 4 mm thick heat-resistant steel and consists of a furnace body and 7 air ducts with a diameter of 58 mm. The furnace is divided into two compartments: the lower compartment is used for combustion, and the upper compartment is used for afterburning. Thanks to the overlap between these compartments, the flue gases undergo an additional rotation and, after maximum heat removal, go out into the chimney.

The combustion process in the stove is regulated by two dampers: one regulates the air supply to the firebox, the other controls the flue gases. This allows you to quickly warm up the room with the maximum opening of the dampers in 15-20 minutes, or switch to a long burning mode with the dampers closed, which allows you to heat the room for up to 6 hours. The bullpen door is equipped with a heat-resistant cord that prevents smoke from escaping into the room.
