The principle of operation of the furnace
The principle of operation of the Ekozhar Pro series furnaces is based on the forced convection of heated air. The fan draws cold air from the room and drives it through the coolant circulation chamber between the furnace and the outer casing. In this way, heat is removed from the heated firebox and transferred to the room through the outlet heat pipes. If it is necessary to transfer the heated air to an adjacent room, a metal corrugated pipe is used.
Blower and slide damper
A control valve, a slide damper, is installed in the inlet of the furnace. It allows you to accurately dose the amount of air entering the combustion chamber, thereby optimizing efficiency and increasing the time of fuel combustion on one full load. This damper allows you to precisely adjust the cross-section of the inlet pipe, which allows you to use the stove in two operating modes: combustion mode and smoldering mode.
Thickness of the firebox
In the "Ecojar Pro" series stoves, special emphasis is placed on the thickness of the metal of the firebox and is 8 mm. The metal we use guarantees a service life of at least 10 years.
Outer casing
The casing is made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal. This thickness was chosen for a reason. First, it is the optimal thickness that allows the structure to be rigid. Secondly, in this area, the metal is less susceptible to temperature effects than the metal of the furnace. Thirdly, if the casing wall is too thick, it will prevent good heat transfer to the room, which will reduce the efficiency of the furnace as a whole.
Secondary gas afterburning chamber
Secondary gas afterburning is implemented in the Ecojar Pro series of ovens. The secondary gas afterburning chamber is designed in such a way that it mixes oxygen from the air with the flue gases, and when exposed to an open flame, they ignite, releasing additional heat. This increases the efficiency of the stove and its economy (more heat with less fuel).
The firebox door latch
The firebox door handle acts as a lock in the closed position. In this position, the door is tightly pressed, and due to the sealing cord along the contour of the door itself, flue gases cannot enter the room.
Coolant circulation chamber
The space between the furnace walls and the outer casing is the coolant circulation chamber. Due to the forced air supply through the circulation chamber, heat is removed from the furnace walls evenly over the entire area. The circulation chamber is physically separated from the combustion chamber and makes it impossible for flue gases to enter the room.
Built-in fan
The location of the fan is chosen in such a way as to instantly take the coldest air in the room and, driving it through the coolant circulation chamber, transport it to the place where it is convenient for you, using corrugated or rigid ventilation ducts.

The Ekozhar Pro 500 heating furnace is designed to heat large rooms with an area of up to 200 m² and a volume of up to 500 m³.

The power of this furnace model is 20 kW, which allows you to quickly warm up large spaces, including production halls, warehouses, or even large houses.

The efficiency is 91%.

Construction of the Ecojar Pro 500 stove

The furnace firebox is made of 8 mm thick pipe. The casing is made of 1.5 mm thick metal. This is sufficient for efficient operation of the stove for more than one season and does not prevent good heat transfer to the room.


One of the key features of the stove is the secondary gas afterburning system, which significantly increases the efficiency of fuel utilization. The secondary gas afterburning chamber is designed in such a way that it mixes oxygen from the air with the flue gases, and when exposed to an open flame, they burst into flames, releasing additional heat. This increases the efficiency of the stove to 91% and makes the stove more economical.


The furnace operates in two modes: burning and smoldering. The combustion mode is used to ignite the stove and quickly warm up the room, while the smoldering mode maintains the set temperature after heating, thus saving fuel. Switching between the modes and regulating the burning intensity is done by means of two slide gates on the door and chimney spigots.


Inside the furnace there is a plate that helps to cool the gases before they exit to the chimney, which increases the service life of the chimney and the stove as a whole. The stove door is equipped with a heat-resistant cord, which prevents smoke from escaping into the room.

Our heating furnaces utilize an active heat circuit to distribute heat efficiently and maintain an optimal room temperature, as well as to increase the energy efficiency of the furnace. This circuit is a combination of corrugated pipes and a fan connection for blowing around the furnace or along the contour of the furnace walls. Thanks to the active thermal circuit, the furnace can maintain a stable heating even after the combustion is finished, cooling down more slowly and releasing the stored heat. This reduces fuel consumption and ensures constant indoor comfort.
