The principle of convection

The principle of convection ensures the efficiency of the stove. The natural convection of air is ensured by the pipes from which the stove body is welded and which are almost entirely inside the structure.
The cold air flows through the lower openings into the firebox, where it warms up and exits through the upper openings. The warm air rises up, cools down and then descends again. These repetitions ensure the convection process, which warms up the room quickly enough.

Two-chamber firebox

The two-chamber firebox allows the stove to operate in two modes - smouldering and pyrolysis. The primary chamber burns fuel and produces pyrolysis gases, which are transferred to the secondary chamber, where they are burned off.

The thickness of the firebox

In Ekozhar's bullerinas, special emphasis is placed on the thickness of the firebox metal, which is 8 mm. The metal we use guarantees a service life of at least 10 years.

The firebox door latch

The firebox door handle acts as a lock in the closed position. In this position, the door is pressed tightly closed, and due to the sealing cord around the contour of the door itself, flue gases cannot enter the room.

Heat-resistant glass

The door is fitted with heat-resistant glass, which allows you to observe the combustion process on cold winter evenings.

Construction of Ekozhar type 00 bullerian

Buleryan Ekozhar is an ideal choice for heating rooms with a volume of up to 125 cubic meters and an area of up to 40 m² with a ceiling height of up to 3 m, such as small country houses, summer cottages, garages, greenhouses, workshops, guardhouses and construction trailers. Firewood and fuel briquettes are the main type of fuel for the bullpen, but wood waste and paper can also be used.

The structure of the woodburner is made of 4 mm thick heat-resistant steel and consists of a firebox body and 7 air ducts with a diameter of 58 mm. The furnace is divided into two compartments: the lower compartment is used for combustion, and the upper compartment is used for afterburning. Thanks to the overlap between these compartments, the flue gases undergo an additional rotation and, after maximum heat removal, go out into the chimney.

The combustion process in the buller is regulated by two dampers: one regulates the air supply to the firebox, the other controls the flue gases. This allows you to quickly warm up the room with the maximum opening of the dampers in 15-20 minutes, or switch to a long burning mode with the dampers closed, which allows you to heat the room for up to 6 hours. The bullpen door is equipped with a heat-resistant cord that prevents smoke from escaping into the room.
