The principle of operation

The principle of operation of the Ekozhar stove is a grate-type stove with a secondary gas afterburner and is designed to heat small rooms. In the process of burning wood in the firebox, the walls of the stove heat up and give off heat to the air in the room. The entire room is heated by natural convection.

The ash chamber door

The ash chamber door is designed for two purposes. Firstly, for closing and opening the ash chamber and convenient removal of ash after burning wood. Secondly, to regulate the intensity of fuel combustion in the combustion chamber.

Adjustment knob for the slide damper

It allows you to fine-tune the chimney draft and, accordingly, the intensity of fuel combustion in the stove

For collecting ash that falls through the grate.

Combustion chamber

In this chamber, wood fuel is burned and heat is released.

Secondary gas afterburner

The upper part of the furnace to which additional air is supplied. This allows hot, unburned gases to burn out and give off maximum heat.

The flue gas outlet pipe

This allows the flue gases and residual heat to enter the chimney.

With its small dimensions, the Ekozhar Comfort wood stove can easily heat a room of up to 30 square meters. This series of heating stoves implements the process of afterburning secondary gases, the so-called pyrolysis. This process takes place in the afterburner chamber under the influence of high temperatures and provided that additional air is supplied to this chamber. Due to pyrolysis, additional heat is released and thus the furnace efficiency increases to 91-94%.

Construction of the Ekozhar Comfort stove

The firebox is made of high-quality steel with a thickness of 4 mm, which ensures a long service life even under intensive use. The lining is made of metal with a thickness of 1.5-2 mm, which contributes to rapid heating and efficient heat transfer.

The stove operates in two modes:

Burning - for quick heating of the room.

Smoldering - for maintaining a stable temperature while saving fuel.

The transition between the modes is regulated by sliders on the door and chimney.

Inside the firebox, there is a secondary gas afterburner chamber - a system of secondary air supply to the combustion chamber through a separate channel of the firebox air duct, which is designed to increase efficiency, as well as more environmentally friendly and cleaner combustion of solid fuels. The door is equipped with a heat-resistant seal that reliably prevents smoke from entering the room.
