The principle of operation of the furnace
The principle of operation of the Ekozhar Pro series furnaces is based on the forced convection of heated air. The fan draws cold air from the room and drives it through the coolant circulation chamber between the furnace and the outer casing. In this way, heat is removed from the heated firebox and transferred to the room through the outlet heat pipes. If it is necessary to transfer the heated air to an adjacent room, a metal corrugated pipe is used.
Blower and slide gate
A control valve - a slide valve - is installed in the inlet of the furnace. It allows you to precisely dose the amount of air entering the combustion chamber, thereby optimizing efficiency and increasing the time of fuel combustion on one full load. This damper allows you to precisely adjust the cross-section of the inlet pipe, which allows you to use the stove in two operating modes: combustion mode and smoldering mode.
Thickness of the furnace
In the Ekozhar Pro series, special emphasis is placed on the thickness of the furnace metal, which is 9 mm. The metal we use guarantees a service life of at least 10 years.
Outer casing
The casing is made of 1.5 mm thick sheet metal. This thickness was chosen for a reason. First, it is the optimal thickness that allows the structure to be rigid. Secondly, in this area, the metal is less susceptible to temperature effects than the metal of the furnace. Thirdly, if the casing wall is too thick, it will prevent good heat transfer to the room, which will reduce the efficiency of the furnace as a whole.
Secondary gas afterburner chamber
The principle of secondary gas afterburning is implemented in the Ekozhar Pro series furnaces. The secondary gas afterburner chamber is designed in such a way that it mixes oxygen from the air with the flue gases, and under the influence of an open fire, they ignite, generating additional heat. This increases the efficiency of the stove and its economy (more heat with less fuel).
Firebox door slide
The firebox door handle acts as a lock in the closed position. In this position, the door is tightly pressed, and due to the sealing cord along the contour of the door itself, flue gases cannot enter the room.
Coolant circulation chamber
The space between the walls of the furnace and the outer casing is the coolant circulation chamber. Due to the forced supply of air through the circulation chamber, heat is removed from the walls of the furnace evenly over the entire area. The circulation chamber is physically separated from the combustion chamber and prevents flue gases from entering the room.
Built-in fan
The location of the fan is chosen in such a way as to instantly take the coldest air in the room and, driving it through the coolant circulation chamber, transport it to the place where it is convenient for you, using corrugated or rigid ventilation ducts.

The furnace furnace is made of thick-walled pipe, 7 mm thick. The casing is made of metal, 1.5 mm thick. This is enough for the stove to operate efficiently for more than one season and does not prevent good heat transfer to the room.


One of the key features of the furnace is the secondary gas afterburner system, which significantly increases fuel efficiency. The secondary gas afterburner chamber is designed in such a way that oxygen from the air is mixed with the flue gases, and under the influence of an open fire, they ignite, generating additional heat. This increases the efficiency of the furnace up to 91% and improves the furnace's economy.


The stove operates in two modes: combustion and smoldering. The combustion mode is used to ignite the stove and quickly warm up the room, and the smoldering mode maintains the set temperature after heating, significantly saving fuel. Switching between the modes and adjusting the intensity of combustion is carried out using two slide dampers on the door and chimney pipes.


There is a plate inside the firebox that helps to cool the gases before they enter the chimney, which increases the service life of the chimney and the stove as a whole. The stove door is equipped with a heat-resistant cord that prevents smoke from escaping into the room.

This model is equipped with a fan that ensures fast and even heat distribution and allows you to achieve a comfortable room temperature in a short time.
