How the furnace works

The DS stove is designed to heat rooms up to 50 m2 and 130 m3 in volume. The door has a heat-resistant glass that allows you to observe the combustion process on cold winter evenings. A ceramic cord glued around the perimeter of the door ensures that the stove is hermetically sealed. The blower nozzle is located under the firebox, and the regulator is located on the front wall, under the door. The spacious firebox, with dimensions of 650x420 mm and a metal thickness of 6 mm, allows you to work up to 7 hours without refueling.

The firebox door and heat-resistant glass

The handle of the firebox door acts as a lock in the closed position. In this position, the door is tightly pressed, and due to the sealing cord along the contour of the door itself, flue gases cannot enter the room. Heat-resistant glass is built into the door, which allows you to observe the combustion process on cold winter evenings.

Firewood box

The DS Classic stove has a firewood box for convenient storage of firewood. Its sophisticated design allows for neat stacking of firewood, keeping the stove tidy and providing easy access to it. The open structure of the firewood box on the one hand allows air to circulate around the firewood, helping it to stay dry and ready for use.

A blower valve

A blower valve is installed under the firebox door, and the regulator is located on the front wall, under the door. It allows you to precisely dose the amount of air entering the combustion chamber, thereby optimizing efficiency and increasing the time of fuel combustion on one full load. This damper allows you to precisely adjust the cross-section of the inlet pipe, which allows you to use the stove in two operating modes: combustion mode and smoldering mode.

Firebox thickness

In the DS series furnaces, special emphasis is placed on the thickness of the firebox metal, which is 6 mm. The metal we use guarantees a service life of at least 10 years.

Coolant circulation chamber

Coolant circulation chamber Inside the furnace there is a plate that helps to cool the gases before they enter the chimney, which increases the service life of the pipe and the furnace as a whole.

Chimney flue

The chimney flue is available with a diameter of 160 mm. It has a regulator for controlling the smoke exit into the chimney. Comfortable carbolite handles are resistant to high temperatures and have a stylish look.

The construction of the DS Classic oven

The furnace furnace is made of a 6 mm thick thick-walled pipe. The casing is made of metal, 1.5 - 2 mm thick. This is enough for the stove to operate efficiently for more than one season and does not interfere with good heat transfer to the room.

The stove operates in two modes: burning and smoldering. The burning mode is used to ignite the stove and quickly warm up the room, and the smoldering mode maintains the set temperature after heating, significantly saving fuel. Switching between the modes and adjusting the intensity of combustion is carried out using two slide dampers on the door and chimney pipes.

There is a plate inside the firebox that helps to cool the gases before they enter the chimney, which increases the service life of the chimney and the stove as a whole. The stove door is equipped with a heat-resistant cord that prevents smoke from escaping into the room.
